Three Indie e-Boutiques that Happen to be Eco

My motto is style first. If you have been a FMG reader for awhile now, you know that I aim to showcase style + sustainability, without sacrifice. It seems I have company. I recently discovered a few online boutiques who are employing the same mentality. Yay! By focusing on curating items they love and fit with their audience first, and making sure those items live up to their ethical standards second, we are seeing a new surge in eco-boutiques without drawing attention to the eco bit. Works for me! What I love most about these e-stores is the gathering of new and independent labels that are usually smaller and committed to sustainability in some way. It is a great way to discover new brands and craft your own unique wardrobe.

Lisa Says Gah: Instagram meets Of A Kind. Real girl style (and models) in independent labels and up and coming brands. The best place to gain inspiration and get a leg up on sporting the best new brands before anyone else. Eco Note: not all of the brands on this site are green. Use your discretion and read the product details to guide your purchasing.

Joinery NYC: A smaller offering of super clean and minimal designs for the home. Makes me think this is how ABC Carpet & Home started. Good stuff.

Kindred Black: Okay, so this boutique is outright eco, but it is done so well, you wouldn't know it unless they told you. Newly launched with a diverse offering in fashion items, clean beauty products, home goods and a mood board to boot! I have a feeling this one will become a staple for me.
