GreenBook: Ecobar, Madrid

Madrid is an old city with a new energy that is excited about pulling environmental responsibility forward to meet the chic standards the city already embodies. When asked to divulge her favorite eco hot spot in Madrid, Yo Dona Magazine‘s Editor in Chief, Charo Izquierdo Martinez, was thrilled to introduce us to Ecobar.

Serving an international selection of organic dishes in a proper upscale bistro setting, Ecobar is a place where the staff appreciate questions about the food and proudly answer about the sourcing as well as ingredients. A farm to table experience with a wonderful European twist!
